Representatives of the Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division took part in the VI Digital Almaty Forum 2024: “Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future”, which took place in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) on February 1 - 3, 2024.
Mikhail Mishustin, Russian Prime Minister spoke at the forum. The event was attended by international experts, industry leaders, leading IT and business innovators, representatives of government agencies from Russia, Belarus, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, China, Uzbekistan and other countries, about 30 thousand representatives from different companies and 200 speakers. The topics of the forum were digital transformation in industry, innovative solutions in various government structures and business areas.
At the plenary session of the “Digital Transformation of the Fuel and Energy Complex” forum, Olga Tolstunova, ASE JSC Vice President for Digitalization and Information Technologies presented a “Digital Management of Capital Construction Projects” report. The session speakers were also Ilyas Bakytzhan, Vice Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, Nabi Aitzhanov, Chairman of the Board of KEGOC JSC Kazakhstan Electric Grid Management Company and Konilkosh Suesinov, Deputy Director General of Tengizchevroil LLP.
Olga Tolstunova spoke about the digitalization process in the Rosatom Engineering Division and digital products of its own development. “In our case, the digitalization improves the construction project management process, to enhance work efficiency and reduce time and material costs. Digital products that we actively create and implement, enable us to plan and manage resources more accurately, automate monitoring and control processes, increase communication between project participants, and reduce the number of errors and non-conformances during the construction process. Taking into account the unique character of each project, we can also provide for its conveyor production. All this becomes possible thanks to the Multi-D methodology and the line of Multi-D-based digital products,” said ASE JSC Vice-president.
The annual “Digital Almaty” international digital forum has been held since 2018, to become a traditional platform in the Republic of Kazakhstan for holding discussions on the digital agenda of the EAEU countries. The event focuses on such areas as the development of human capital and creative industries, the use of robotic technologies, digitalization of industry, healthcare and education.
In 2024, the forum was organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty and the Autonomous Cluster Fund “Pool of Innovative Technologies” (Tech Pool).
