On June 11, 2020, for the first time, public consultations on the discussion of reporting materials for 2019 were held in an online format in Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division.
In an open dialogue, the top management of the company discussed with stakeholders the high-priority topic of reporting materials - “Results of the transformation of the Engineering Division for 2019”.
Maria Armand, Director for Organizational Development of JSC ASE EC, described the prerequisites and six areas of the division's transformation, announced the main results and plans. “The main commitment and challenge facing the Engineering Division is to comply with the deadlines and cost of construction of NPP. Updating the structure and project management system as part of the transformation will allow the division to provide a flexible proposal, adapted to the individual needs of each NPP customer,” said Maria Armand in her speech.
Olga Tolstunova, Vice President for Digitalization of JSC ASE EC, in her report described in more detail one of the main areas of transformation, namely digitalization.
The speakers answered questions from the audience, which mostly related to the relationship between the sustainable development of the Rosatom Engineering Division and its transformation, in particular, such areas as evaluating the effectiveness of transformations, work with youth and universities, and the program for the professional development of managers. The topic of project management also aroused interest.
Interested parties have received comprehensive answers to almost all of the questions. The speakers pledged to cover topics requiring further disclosure at future events, as well as to further develop both traditional and new formats of interaction.
